Charge/Discharge Cycle Testing Inspection Equipment

  • Advanced Battery Tester ADBT5-10 (ESPEC)

A "thermostatic chamber with charge/discharge function" specialized for cycle testing of cells, which has been introduced almost exclusively by cell manufacturers and public evaluation organizations. Independent structure of three chambers. Charge/discharge voltage/current and ambient temperature can be set for each of the three chambers, and can be recorded along with the cell surface temperature.
It can also be used in efforts to reduce waste batteries by supplemental charging of long-term inventory, and can be used to sort out inert batteries (does not guarantee the quality of cells supplimentally charged). Safety features are also provided for events during testing.

  • Cylinder 18650 to 21700 size cells: 24 cells x 3 baths (maximum 72 cells can be tested simultaneously)
  • Laminated cells (limited size): 24 cells x 3 chambers (maximum 72 cells can be tested simultaneously)
  • Cylinder 26650/26700 size cells: Up to 6 cells can be tested simultaneously.
