Cell impedance measurement

- Internal resistance is measured by AC method (1KHz) under specified conditions.
- Cell impedance measurement can also be performed before and after charge/discharge cycle tests, charge/discharge tests, etc.

Surface temperature continuous measurement

- During charge-discharge cycle test and charge-discharge test, the surface temperature of the sample is continuously measured. (It will be at fixed time intervals.)

Static Electricity Test

- Contact discharge and air discharge are applied to each terminal of a sample, such as a pack, at a specified voltage.
- After the test is completed, the battery voltage is measured in the case of packs, and the resistance is measured in the case of ID terminals.

- AC/DC withstand voltage test and insulation resistance test are performed.
- The AC withstand voltage test can apply up to 5kVAC, the DC withstand voltage test can apply up to 6kVDC, and the insulation resistance tester can apply 1.2kV.
