Japanese device manufacturers have long been supported by a limited number of cell manufacturers. A relationship of trust had been built between device manufacturers and cell manufacturers.
Now, that relationship of trust is beginning to waver. Cell manufacturers, who have long provided a stable supply of high-quality cells, have shifted their business focus to automobiles and energy storage and are becoming reluctant to use cells for other applications. Therefore, we, as a trading company, needed to be able to make objective evaluations. Simultaneous charging and discharging of up to 72 cells
The cell charging/discharging system is a three-chamber type. Up to 24 cells per chamber (cylindrical cells 18650-26700, laminate) can be charged and discharged simultaneously. Charging/discharging conditions and temperature settings for each chamber are independent. Unlike conventional evaluations with a sample of several cells, variations in energy capacity and overall trends can be determined. Since charging/discharging is performed for each cell, there is no "waiting" period before proceeding to the next step, waiting for all samples to finish charging (discharging), and speedy evaluation is possible.

Large battery packs and portable Power supplies can also be evaluated
The super large chamber which has internal dimensions of 700x800x1000mm, and it can charge and discharge large 24-48V lithium-ion packs and large lead-acid batteries, which have been increasing in recent years. We can also evaluate large portable power supplies of several KWh class. We can also evaluate packs for forklifts and AGVs made overseas, which have been difficult to evaluate in the past.

Eliminates “unable to ship to overseas factory for analysis” problems.
Our laboratory can analyze cells and battery packs that cannot be returned to their production plants (especially overseas) due to rechargeable battery transportation regulations. We can test and measure them online as instructed by our technicians. English, Chinese, and Korean speaking staff can assist in communication between technicians. (However, the work will only be performed within the limits of our ability to assess safety).
