The following is a list of frequently asked questions and answers regarding the use of the Lab's services.
Can I customize my evaluation?
Yes, we will propose evaluation details tailored to your needs.
What conditions can you evaluate and test?
We generally do not accept tests outside the scope of use of the cell/pack manufacturer's specifications.
Is it possible to witness the evaluation and testing at the lab?
Although it depends on the schedule of the test, it is possible to be present. Please contact the sales representative in charge.
Can I operate the evaluation and testing equipment myself?
Yes, it is possible. Please let us know in advance which equipment you would like to use, what you would like to test, and your experience in operating the equipment.
Can I borrow evaluation equipment?
Equipment is not available for rental outside of lab. Please use them in the lab.
Can you return the tested samples after evaluation done?
You can choose to "return the sample (cell/pack) to the customer" or "dispose of it at FULOGIC" before passing the sample (cell/pack).
What is your policy on handling test data?
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is exchanged in advance. We promise that FULOGIC will not disclose the data to anyone other than the company requesting the evaluation test.
What kind of service do you provide for analysis of defective products?
Our laboratory can analyze on your behalf cells and battery packs that cannot be returned to the production plant (especially overseas) due to transportation regulations for rechargeable batteries. We can test and measure them online as instructed by our technicians. Our English, Chinese, and Korean speaking staff can assist with communication between technicians.
